What does this collection include?
The Kybalion introduces its system of seven principles. The Tablet of Hermes presents a short alchemical text associated with the historical Emerald Tablet. The Emerald Tablets of Thoth offers an extended visionary work associated with Maurice Doreal.
Reading them together lets you compare their vocabulary, imagery, and approaches without treating them as one continuous text. Keep each work’s title in your notes so you can trace a quotation or idea back to its source.

Who is this collection for?
Choose it if you want the three named works available together and enjoy comparing spiritual and philosophical ideas. It can also serve readers following a shared reading plan or a group discussing the same set of texts.
For an explanatory starting point, begin with The Kybalion, then read the Tablet of Hermes, followed by the Emerald Tablets of Thoth. Readers interested primarily in textual history may prefer the short Tablet of Hermes first. Our three-work reading guide explains both approaches.
Questions before you buy
Are the Emerald Tablet and the Emerald Tablets of Thoth the same?
No. The singular Tablet of Hermes, associated with the Emerald Tablet, is distinct from the plural Emerald Tablets of Thoth. This collection gives you a way to read both alongside The Kybalion.
Does this collection include the Corpus Hermeticum?
The collection featured here contains the three works named in its title. The Corpus Hermeticum is a separate work; choose an edition explicitly listing it if that is the text you want.
Are all three works ancient?
No. They have different textual histories. The Kybalion and Doreal’s Emerald Tablets of Thoth belong to modern esoteric writing. Their use of ancient names and themes should be distinguished from the history of the older Tablet of Hermes tradition.
What are the seven principles in The Kybalion?
The text names Mentalism, Correspondence, Vibration, Polarity, Rhythm, Cause and Effect, and Gender. The collection allows you to read those principles in context and compare them with the other two works.
Does this edition include an audiobook?
Yes. Fifth Estate’s paperback collection, ISBN 9798287618148, includes a free audiobook.
Do I need prior study to begin?
You can begin by reading short passages, recording unfamiliar terms, and separating each text’s claims from your own interpretation. The reading guide offers practical questions for comparing the works.
